I've all but given up on talking to people about the financial side of going independent, they wont listen. I buy good films. If it sucks, I don't buy it. If I don't see it first how can I know? If I take a chance and buy it and watch it, I cant return it no matter how defective the acting/plot is. Music I am unlikely to buy if I already have it but if its good i would be more than happy to pay to go see live.
