Even 1 innocent person put to death is too much. Only criminals that are proven to be, with overwhelming evidence, guilty should they then be sentenced to death. If there are any questions or doubts whatsoever it should be re-looked at before the person is killed.

I did suggest just restoring his account adn then banning him/changing it's password so he can't log on.
