I think this is why the majority of the TAN regulars no longer post anymore. They see thread after thread being hijacked by otester's stupidity and people trying to knock some fucking sense into him. I wouldn't blame them, that's all TAN really is anymore. I liked it better when he was simply rambling about illuminati bullshit, not interjecting in shit he has no clue about. It only feeds his self-belief that he's a troll and not a full out retard. All that can really be done is to simply ignore his stupidity and save this site through proper debate and discussion. it's not about how i'd like you to contribute in general. i've tinned lots of your submissions. whenever there's a topic outside my field of interest i do change the channel - as in ignore it and move on to the next thing until i find something of interest. in this case the interest fell on your scheme to call many of the users of tan out as idiots. i don't change the channel when i feel like i should react. you're not even the first person i speak to about being counter-constructive in terms of community. i don't want to moderate what you say or submit, i'm merely using the same tool as you - tan's freedom of speech. you're free to do this shit, but i'm free to tell you that i think you're doing the wrong shit. do you have no sense of community? do you want to chase users away by acting like an idiot, by polluting what little community we have left?

whenever there has been a call-out for mods, i've never dropped my name into the hat. not for any fear of going on a ban rampage or not, but because i see some people reacting badly to other people having a mod title. by not having a mod title, i feel i can meet you on what some people perceive as equal terms - you can't play any moderator card on me, which in the end hopefully leads to a healthier exchange of words.

i might as well be as bad as the fundies i hate so much without knowing it. after all, there are people willing to combat my opinions too, and it's all a matter of perception. then again, it's my stupid freedom to think i'm not, and also argue that i'm no fundamentalist.

about the racism part, think of this: the gradual decline of racism started somewhere. it might be cultural, political, i don't know, but to an ever growing degree historically, fewer people are racist.

to be kind and respond to even the last of your question: standing by your belief is a good thing. it might swing the other way if you're misinformed or whatever degree of uneducated on your beliefs, but still. you're preying on these misinformed and uneducated people just to call them out and laugh in their faces, which brings me back to the community point, which i've already discussed. the best thing you could do is to tell them how and why they're misinformed or undereducated, but you choose to mock them. one might think you've never been on the receiving end of bullying, or that you indeed have been badly bullied, and choose to pick on others instead of being the better man.

guess you're in denial eh? Cuz Merriam-Webster don't agree with you. You all love to quote science on Everything. Since God hasn't been disproven you're taking your disbelief on Faith.  This is why I always say that Atheist's believe that they are exempt from criticism. Since they claim they don't believe in anything. They can commit their actions and get away with it because "they don't believe in anything". Atheists organize to instigate trouble between the faiths and get caught every once in awhile. Those are Militant Atheists. And it IS a valid term. One who has no life other then to preach to religious people, instigate trouble between faiths, pose as a person of a certain faith in order to infiltrate and discredit people not by means of any intellectual argument but discredit them through character attacks.

Yes you are. I can see that you didn't get as aggressive with me as I did you. I can tell that you want to believe that all Atheists follow the so-called Golden Rule. That is simply not true. Just because someone is an Atheist doesn't automatically make him a perfect citizen or free of any extremism. The only difference in that regards is that when they get arrested for crimes. They won't claim "God" as the justification of their actions. They won't or can't claim anything. And what would be the point?

Since there is no Atheist Ideology or book to follow any crime one would commit would be simply attributed to the individual. Which is why Atheism will almost never be attributed to any crimes and will almost always get a free pass in this regard.
