I think it's great that people like Ed, who have obviously done next-to-nothing in the way of research, will piss all over anyone that questions what Lord O'Reilly says (which is equally as uninformed and opinion-based). In a way, though, it's hard to blame them for their naivete...it must be a difficult thing, trying to face the fact that your entire life and everything you ever thought was the truth turns out to be a huge, immeasurable myth. Ed is likely similar to countless other sheeple in Amerika, who had "god" pounded into their head since birth, patriotism pounded into their head since first grade, and gigantic social pressure to maintain those sentiments from people who also had it all pounded into their heads.
