Think of it like buying weed. If you go to a dealer, he generally has a supplier. This means it costs more because he has to take his cut. If you can go straight to the grower, you have no need for the dealer, it costs less, and you still get the same quality.

That's what the major problem is, is that the insurance companies know they can kiss their profits goodbye and they'll all go out of jobs. You know how much in profit those fuckers make a year? Shift all those profits back into building hospitals and buying equiptment so then you don't get waiting times.
