There is much more to the universe than we can understand or comprehend at this moment in human history. The afterlife(if there is one) can not be proven or disproven in any way since it is a one way trip. I personally think we're focusing way too much on CO2 while ignoring pollutants that can fuck our ecosystem up for years by dumping contaminants everywhere(PCB's PCE's). I personally think the oceans can deal with most if not all of the "bad" CO2 emissions if we weren't dumping barges full of garbage(with lots of hazardous waste) in them decreasing photoplankton numbers. I know the numbers of plankton in the ocean could be argued for eternity, but those little fellas do a lot of work. Eventually the moral of the story is not to pump a bunch of bullshit into the atmosphere because it has adverse effects. If you do have to pump it, then find ways to make it more efficient and pump less...or you could just hire a bunch of lobbyists.

Let us take a real hard look at CFCS. According to the doomsday prophets cfc molecules are going to rise to the stratosphere, where UV radiation will break them up releasing CL molecules which will act like a hungry cookie monster and eat all the Ozone molecules. THis of course will cause an ozone hole and everyone will get skin cancer right? Wrong. Totally wrong.
Lets look at what they don't tell us.
According to measurements in the early 90's, only 1% of CFCs actually break up in the stratosphere. So that 7500 tonnes of Chlorine are being released into the stratosphere every year. The amount of Chlorine released by natural sources in the same year was 5,000,000 tonnes of chlorine from ocean biota(alge, plankton etc). 84,000,000 tonnes from biomass burning. 36,000,000 tonnes from volcanoes a 600,000,000 tonnes from seawater. This does not include a volcano like mount penatubo which loaded at least 20,000,000 tonnes of chlorine into the atmosphere of which a very significant portion went into the stratosphere.
Mount Erebus in antarctica which erupts everyday, emits 20x more chlorine into the atmosphere than the entire amount of chlorine allegedly produced from the breakdown of cfcs. Mount erebus is about 6 miles upwind from McMurdo Sound, the station from which cholrine measurements are taken. The readings are then used to claim that CFCs, not natural chlorine sources, caused the depletion of the ozone layer. It really does not matter, as ozone is not layered in the atmosphere and it is not what shields us from UV rays. It's oxygen.
Still waiting for those references man(articles proving your points). Anyone can pull numbers out of thin air. What measurements in the early 90's, by who, and where? Were they satellite measurements? Measurements aren't only taken in Antarctica. I really can't take you seriously when you claim that the ozone layer doesn't shield us from UV rays. The ozone layer is made of O3 molecules. O3= 3 bonded Oxygen molecules. You should have just left that sentence out.

I actually gave you the benefit of the doubt with the Mount Erebus volcano and decided to look it up myself, but didn't find anything about it's emission rates being the main cause of the ozone thinning. Where did you find this information?
I am assuming you think you are right because you haven't been shown any evidence or scientific articles to sway your opinion. You are correct in stating there isn't an actual "hole" in the ozone layer, but a hole was forming. I suppose you could call it a thinning.
