All in the name of religion. Just shoot them all already. Hunters should be shooting crossbows at those motherfuckers instead of mountain lions. Africa, what did you expect... Kill them all with fire.
Islamist insurgents retreating from the ancient Saharan city of Timbuktu have set fire to a library containing thousands of priceless ancient manuscripts, some dating back to the 13th century, in what the town's mayor described as a "devastating blow" to world heritage.
It was impressive to see how much desire there is for a more active U.S. role in the Middle East. There was little talk here of America’s decline as the world’s preeminent power. No one is preparing for a Chinese, Indian or Turkish ascendancy. Not even the Europeans claim that the European Union has the will or capacity to take on a bigger role in the region. The United States remains by far the most important player.
What has people concerned and despairing is not American decline but America’s declining interest — the sense that the Obama administration, and the American people, have about washed their hands of the Middle East.
Conservative columnist Peggy Noonan denounced Mitt Romney's presidential campaign in a blistering blog post on Tuesday. Noonan, who has been increasingly agitated over the GOP candidate's missteps --notably saying she thought he "looks like Richard Nixon" -- used the scandal over Romney's comments about the "47 percent" to give him a talking-to.
Writing for Forbes Magazine, climate change alarmist Steve Zwick calls for skeptics of man-made global warming to be tracked, hunted down and have their homes burned to the ground, yet another shocking illustration of how eco-fascism is rife within the environmentalist lobby.
A US soldier suspected of killing civilians in Afghanistan will be charged with 17 counts of murder, Pentagon officials have told the BBC.
Today is super Tuesday. But meh, this is pretty funny though
The Habanero pepper has a maximum hotness of 350,000 Scoville Heat Units. That's nothing—like eating an Altoid—compared to the mouth-searing Trinidad Moruga Scorpion. It tops out at over two million SHU and has just been named the world's hottest pepper.

Hollywood chooses its words very carefully in constructing its propaganda wars. The old-fashioned and accurate word is “infringement,” but that word doesn’t create the visceral responses that “theft” does. So the bills refer almost exclusively to “theft.”
It's okay Wolffe, you don't have to be a virgin any longer!
Researchers from Ohio State University have figured out how the enzyme responsible for repairing tissues damaged by radiation does its work. Specifically, we're talking about the type of the radiation burns that we all get from time to time: sunburns, and this discovery could mean a lotion that doesn't just make sunburns feel better, but actually cures them.
Egypt's oldest research institute caught fire during demonstrations in central Cairo on 18 December, destroying an unknown number of precious books and manuscripts. Shocked Egyptologists call the destruction a "tragedy," and are now trying to locate and salvage the research treasures.
James Ford Seale, who in 1964 committed one of the most gruesome acts of the segregationist South when he tied blocks to the feet of two black teenagers and threw them still breathing into the Mississippi river, has died – for the second time.
I found this pic on the Web. It's pretty funny.
Just some creepy Edmontan chick. Sad about the dog and all... well, kinda sad... small breeds are shit. Only good for punting. *POONT... YIPE!* Anyways, I loled. After I finished shuddering and feeling slightly remorseful.

A British National Party election candidate accused of publicly burning a copy of the Koran was freed today when the charge against him was unexpectedly dropped. Sion Owens, 41, of Bonymaen, Swansea, South Wales, was arrested and charged at the weekend under Section 29 of the Public Order Act. Why was this man arrested if the burning of the Koran is not that big of a deal to the Muslim world? Oh....it is.
