It's live now, it's not perfect, or complete (videos are wrong size, no mobile submit page, no mobile profile page, others probably). Should work on most phones, if not autodetected let me know and i'll fix it.
at the bottom of pages there's a View in mobile link if it's not auto detected.

p.s. my idea of testing this is to make my firefox window really small, so if things aint right, let me know
p.p.s. it's pretty ugly, but i couldn't think of a better way for most things. if you have ideas, let me know
p.p.p.s fyi, we're now on TAN version 4.0.0. i bet it's 4.0.10 by the end of the day by the time i fixed all the bugs lol

Ah well, still needs the iconic TAN grey ;)
Also, just an observation, but check out otesters "sikh shooting" retarded prisonplanet post. The URL ends up breaking it and looking a bit silly (imho) maybe you could move the URL and [link] part to a new line?
Also, the pagination numbers could do with centring and being a bit smaller to look right?

probably, but i'm waiting a while before i start on the next big thing. which is, after looking at the bug list, nothing. it's lots of small things that i wanna change for the sake of it.
here's a list, coz why not
first (in no order)

looks good on the ipad I think. Just needs the pinch features and maybe some border colors :P (even a mm or two will do)
