But there is a clear definition issue. They mean REAL ambition... not positive thinking ambition. They are interviewing the ambitious people I talk about - people who joined clubs and organizations so they could get into Ivy League schools, and earn MBAs from top-ten Universities.
That's a very different sort of ambition than the sort of person who can't hold down a full-time job.
