They need to be posted everywhere.

i read this story the other day, and good on her for standing up to the people who ruined her life she refuses to have the victim label placed on her and feels she has no justice with the law

Oh, so you AREN'T innocent before being proven guilty.........not signing. The fucking judge toadaso. It also seems to be missing context. They are also assuming a judgement before one has even been handed down. Anyone can just scream rapist and post it on Facebook and you are now guilty and you get a fucking mob at your door. Like those poor old people who Spike Lee fingered as George Zimmerman's house. Found out it wasn't even a relation at all, but the couple had to leave their home because they were receiving death threats. It is MOB mentality, not reason.

i do agree with you as well, but as in many cases now people who are involved in these things have the access to tell the world now and no matter what the law says you can not do things once its out there its hard to stop. she will have done no good for her case in court now because its all now in the public domain and they will not be able to get a fair trial, but what do you class as a fair trail now days, she has gone down the road of street justice

they plead guilty already. on a side note. These kids DID go around showing off the pictures they took of their acts but now that they are on the public spotlight they want to make things private all of a sudden.

The judge is also a female, which makes me think even more that we are missing context. Was there an actual rape....or are they sticking the dicks in her face and taking pictures while she is passed out? Were the pictures of an actual rape? Can you answer that? Because I can't find any specifics.......

However, rest your pretty little head Ed.............they aren't going to charge her. But I think they should have given some sort of punishment.

If I am a juror, lawyer, hell, just about anybody except a 17 year old girl and the judge explicitly tells me not to do A and I do A anyway? My fucking ass is going to jail. You petition the goddamned court to lift the gag order......you just don't go against what the judge says because, "you don't like it." Good god! Who was this gal's lawyer? According to DailyMail they are due to be sentenced next month and the judge can modify/reject the plea deal. I take back what I said in my first post regarding the reposting of names. Shanus is right.

In fact, in the plea bargain they could be charged with 1st degree sexual assault which in turn means you have to register as a SEX OFFENDER publicly. So their names would be produced publicly for the rest of their lives. This gal just thought she could do whatever she wanted based on an assumption of weak punishment, when that hadn't even been established. ....and the prosecution accepted the plea bargain. Also, the fucking trial wasn't finished. Protocol is necessary and I feel the judge was exerting wisdom in this case. If it wasn't wise, then Savannah (parents) should have taken that up with Prosecutors to do their job and petition the judge for that to be lifted. If she doesn't lift it........tough shit. You have to wait for the process and I know it sucks, but there are reasons about it that maybe an overemotional bleeding meat curtain trying to play White Knight would only understand if he would calm down and think for a second. This girl is no hero....................she is a 17 year old girl who doesn't know shit. Her parents sound like they must a couple of damn dummies and the prosecution sounds like a bunch of lazy fucks.

So, my position is the conservative one...  Do the Crime?  Gotta be willing to do the time.

But again, we don't know the whole context..How can she be "screwed" when there hasn't been a verdict?? Was there an actual rape? Then they took pictures? Because I can't find any specifics. Sorry, but when I see bandwagoneering of this kind.........something always stinks. It appears that part of the plea bargain is first degree sexual assault (AKA RAPE). So.......the judge wanted to keep the boys names private until sentencing. That seems like protocol to me......because even if they plead guilty, they still have some rights until sentencing. Everyone is jumping the gun. The kids will get punishment for rape and then the Twatter community can jump up and down and declare a victory for social media!!!!! YAH MOB RULE!!!!!!

I agree with you, as disgusted as I am with the judge (he should understand that he's dealing with a 17 year old rape victim and not be such a dick about it). The only caveat I have is this: if they acknowledged that they did do it and admitted guilt, she should be able to talk about it without being punished for it. Innocent until proven guilty, yes, but when you cop to the crime, you get to deal with the backdraft.
