As far as the college benefits, the Feds barred them from getting it, but certain States have passed laws to circumvent it. But I supposed that is their prerogative.

I always was under impression that "illegal immigrant" is a person that is not allowed to BE in the country in the first place. But apparently :

....and that is why the Federal Government has not followed it's own laws about immigration. Even Cesar Chavez was against illegal immigration because of some of those points. It takes away from LEGAL immigrants. It also keeps people in Mexico, who get money from relatives working in the U.S., in the food poverty loop.
Great now to get more states to pass it. Legalizing marijuana and kicking out beaners at the same time. The fact that states can overwrite gay ass federal government liberal law is what makes this country the best.
