I don't "want" rights, I acknowledge their pre-existence whether I want them or not. The only choice I have in the matter is to exorcise them as a Free man or not.
I just watched the whole thing and damn, it was pretty good. I found myself trying to put up a good argument for Hamiltons case, but I still can't think of any legitimate reason for Hamiltons views.
