1. secular. although she will be put under pressure by fashion/femminist expectations, her life will largely be guided by her own desires.

2. christian (Utah or w/e) will be peer pressured into marrying early and makin baby's it is not a legal obligation, she will also be allowed to drive herself around, and the bible doesnt condone beating her.

3. muslim. she will be able to get away with a bad hair day.

^tricky question. You asked for an explanation. . . well get ready to read. I would do the same thing my dad did if possible. My daughter and two boys are already here in Cali. (one is in Tijuana actually)

Elementary school here in the US so they can learn English (Which is more complicated than Arabic and so they won't be technologically dumb),  Middle/Highschool in Syria and then back over here for college.

Secular (Syria was secular btw): As children then adults so they can have the entire choice and opportunity afforded to myself to create their own path. No US, Canada or UK for their teenage years. Syria, Jordan, Egypt (years ago), Lebanon, and most of northern Africa. 
The middle Eastern countries they can learn manners, respect, self-sufficiency (can also be learned in the US unless she decides to run off and leech off of government assistance), open-mindedness (Especially in Damascus because it was hella diversified), a control on desires (giving more value to what they have and less to what they don't need ie. avoiding the material culture mentality "OMG!! I so need those UGG Boots!!!" ), avoiding the sexuality that is pushed upon teenagers in the west, avoiding alcohol and drug culture that is here in the states (especially rap culture), knowing that the only thing most guys want from her is whats under her shirt and pants; so choose wisely, and more. but I forget the rest. What I'm going to personally teach her is simple. "Be considerate" thats it. Take a Dual perspective approach to life. And if there was something that I would want her to be when she grows up it would be a Healer of any sort. (Nurse, Doctor, Pharmacist etc.)  Edit: Oh! and English Table manners. People who chew with open mouths piss me the fuck off. Maybe some Afghani Manners. You'll never hear them fart .  .  . ever! It's the most degrading thing to them. 

Muslim: Afganistan? Definately not! It's a warzone. Thanks to foreign meddling. Iran? They're Shia. Saudi Arabia? Only way for me to be a Citizen is to be in Demand. A degree in something. Which at the same time would make me rich as fuck! And my daughter wouldn't feel out of place when everyone in the country where's a headscarf. she's not going to be embarrassed, singled out or discriminated against for wearing one. No need to drive a car anyways. She'd have a chauffeur. I would most likely have a villa with high walls and a large pool. So she don't need to go to no beach. Also there's no beaches around the major cities of Saudi Arabia anyways. Dubai? almost the same thing. except it'd be such a beautiful place to live in the negatives are far outweighed by the positives. 
 But if it's just a normal/average income living standard then no. And I tell you this because all I know is THIS life that i'm living today. Maybe if I was still fresh from Syria, having never smoked a joint or a ciggarette or pimped chicks and made bills on my own, then I wouldn't mind living there and it would all seem ok to me. My mind is already used to what I have here. Don't take my words as endorsement for my actions here in the states. I'm not exactly proud of what I mentioned. Because there's a downside to it as well. I used to be high on life before I was high on White Widow and Maui Wowie. Every time I smell tobacco or bud I crave it. I spent too many years smoking the damn stuff that I nearly forgot how to have fun without it. My highschool homies from Syria (who were half-breeds like me) used to have so much fun in syria sober. . . without any women. . . . WHILE BROKE!!!
I used to be able to love a woman. Now I just wanna hit it and quit it and never see it again. And regardless of what any culture or religion believes. I don't condone beating my lady or my girl either. Heck! I been slapped tons of times by all my ladies (past and present. Price of bein a pimp >;D ) and they still got balls to consider doing it again regardless of me being twice their weight and size. 

Christian: Not really. But Utah (And every state) have Mosques so not really a problem. If decency is the social norm why not?  If people are backwoods minded, ignorant, hateful and totally subscribe to mainstream media then no!  Accepting or respectful of other cultures? I'd give it a go. But I don't know what Utah's about. Mormon state? I'd probably leave from being irritated because of all the preaching. I wouldn't live in most South American countries (or african for obvious reasons) 

So in other words. I'll try to take the best from all cultures and cut out the shit but my choice is Secular with as much Islamic Influence possible while remaining Secular. Or Saudi Shariah minus the Arabian "Male dominance" culture that they have mixed into it. last btw. I learned more about Islam here in San Diego than I did in my time in Syria. Go figure. . .
