That's not entirely correct. I once sold some mushrooms that look like that at a Nazareth concert. I only had caps though so perhaps the stem was different color.
You want to know whether a mushroom is hallucinogenic or not? Just simply google image psylocybin, or look at a mushroom book/site that has photos and species names. If psylocybe or psylocybin is in the name, you're fucked up! (in the way you want).
