ell, if you might have failed to notice, the "Insurance" file on Wikileaks downloads to about 254mb of its total 1.4gb. Why do you think this is happening? Seems obvious to me; U.S CyberCommand. I figure they allow a partial download in order to gather IP information about the people who would dare download the file, and have set a cutoff point. Sounds silly, but CyberCommand is not only really well funded, they are actually badazz. A whole lot of people are going to end up on a nasty watch-list. Anyway, the file is still available through bit-torrent, but it is encrypted, and will only be readable in the event that Julian Assange is attacked and as a result releases the key. AES256 will not be broken by anyone. So as long as Assange is well, the file will merely take up 1.4gb of space. Very interesting event.
