I saw something resembling this today and near shit a brick. I think it touched down off the coast and just dissipated as it came into land, which is probably what I saw. We've been getting ever increasing numbers of these the past few years off the coast and I finally seen one. Yipee. Global warming bishes. Here's from one Stroke city.
