Tattoo Artist A:
Has both arms tattooed as well as some body art and has done 1000 tattoos so far in his life.
Tattoo Artist B:
Has no tattoos and has also done 1000 tattoos in his life.
Which one would you choose and why?

yup, Great advice! just cause a guys done a 1000 doesnt mean hes good at it, look at the portfolios! Hell look at the portfolios to make sure the guy can do roundabout what you are wanting, he may be good, just not good at what you want.
