I got 2 answers being that I work as a stagehand/security for live music venues....
Best show I've ever worked...Job for a Cowboy, Gwar, with Lamb of God headlining....RAW ENERGY,place was jumping, plus I saw a guy in a MOTORIZED wheelchair get crowd surfed to the stage....that was a first.....
Best Live show I've attended...Tie between Rakim, and The Roots.....REAL HIP HOP

But, the best concert for me would be a tie between (and I know at least one of these will be widely derided, lol) Bruce Springsteen and Duran Duran (I was very very drunk).

The worst act I've ever seen were Radiohead, I was really disappointed, Asian Dub Foundation were the support act and both groups turned it into an anti-war thing, kept going on about Iraq, Blair and Bush.... I don't want politics shoved down my throat at a concert, I want to have a drink, have fun and listen to music.
