In some places they are cops for all practical purposes. (Carry a gun, can arrest you, etc.) [/quote]
Yeah, but they only have that jurisdiction if they are on privately owned property. This guy was clearly on public property so these faggots could tantrum and pout all they wanted, nothing could've happened.
I loved it at the end when the obviously helpless fuck in security started saying "Wait till the police come", it's kind of like saying "I'm a useless fuck.".

although to be honest, he probably has been hanging around there all day deliberately trying to piss these people off and she does have a right to refuse him from having her photo and/or making use of it.
i think they all need knee-capping tho.

I was wondering, couldn't the police do something in the area of harrassment or even to a lesser degree "stalking" ? He is technically sitting outside a private property watching what they're doing on the inside, that couldn't be translated into privacy laws could it?

^ if he was hanging around there for a while or over consequtive days then the police would more than likely ask him to desist and if he refused to take the warning then i guess golden wonder could start to press charges through harrassment etc.
there are dickheads who set out with the intent of sparking a reaction to try and justify a point they're trying to make. wolffe posted a video of some gun nut walking into a town with a fully automatic assault rifle purely to push the point that he has 'the right to bare arms' and to spark a reaction from the police. however they didn't react and actually put the nut to shame, which is what these security guards should have done with this pleb.
