No, Europeans collectively do not think we're the centre of the Universe. There's many aspects i hate about Britain but it's home and that's probably the only thing i love about the place. If you Americans took that same mentality on board you wouldn't come across as 'arrogant' but alas your collective mentality is one of superiority in every aspect of life. Freedom to seek information. The right to vote. Civil rights. The right to run for government. The fact that even poor people have cell phones, computers and other technologies. Education. Welfare. Access to health care. Basically you get to live your life the way you see fit and you even get help doing that. Through all the trials and tribulations, all the good, bad and the ugly, you live better than alot of people in this world past and present.....and that certainly isn't because of anything YOU did.

Access to health care. Basically you get to live your life the way you see fit and you even get help doing that. They had thier own prejuidces, ignorances, fears, likes, dislikes, some were kinda dumb, others spoke 3 languages, but they were all happy to be in america and they left better in the knowledge that they were wrong about America, that it wasnt as horrible as they thought.
