Ron Paul questioned Bernenke on 5.5 billion in funds that were given to Saddam Hussein facilitated by the Fed. Reserve in the 80's. Saddam then bought weapons from our Military/Industrial complex and started his nuclear program. This money was not appropriated by Congress, which is what the Constitution states.
