What an great article! Fat has gotten a bad rap. Look at fucking Italy, those fuckers eat Lardo like ice cream! They don't have the heart attack rates that U.S., U.K. have...and they are eating PURE fat.
I always, always, ALWAYS, deep fry in pure lard....it doesn't absorb like veg. oil and it gives a more crispy outside.

The fats over there are more healthier do to natural grazing of animals n stuff unlike
here filling up with steroids on everything. :D hope that resolves it... But also u gotta look at it
if we had farmers to produce food and stuff more than half of America would be hungry, so mass producing
things (with steroids that is) isn't so bad....

i have friends and relatives that stopped consuming fat for years and half are fat as hell. most of them actually believe fat is bad for them, don't have a concept of moderation... so dumb
