A short yet descriptive list of things you could do to better prepare yourselves for the seemingly inevitable dark times that lay ahead for us in North America.
Disclaimer: I do not promote violence of any kind, nor have ever committed any crime (Unless you call fucking nova in the ass a crime) in my life.
The following list is very short compared to a real list that would contain everything possible to protect yourself, your family, and Freedom in the hard times that may come very soon.
The point of this article wasn't to explain why the coming Civil War and Poverty is coming, as for most people who are informed it is pretty obvious. For those that aren't informed, I'll leave you to figure it out for yourself because it isn't that hard.Step One: Living in Canada
1st Tip: Think about obtaining a Weapon. Yes little dorklings, a gun. With the proper training, knowledge, and experience, it could save your and the life of your family one day.
Many Anti-Gun people claim guns kill people. Yes, they do, but not by themselves, guns just make it easier. Probably the main reason were all not chained to a computer being a slave for the rest of our lives is the some 400 million weapons in the United States and the right of US citizens to bear arms to overthrow corrupt, dictator governments. Yes, sometimes complimenting America as a Canadian is hard, but lets hand it to them for just this once no matter how much it makes us cringe.
Now, your probably asking How?
For Canadians 18 and over, there is only 2 types of License you need to get. It's called Possession and Acquisition license.
This will allow you to:
-Obtain Weapons specific to your Weapon class
-Transport WeaponsThere are three types of Firearms classifications
Any rifles and shotguns that are neither restricted nor prohibited.Restricted-Firearms:
-handgun that is not a prohibited firearm;
-a semi-automatic, center-fire rifle or shotgun with a barrel length less than 470 mm (18.5 inches) that is not prohibited;
-a rifle or shotgun that can fire when its overall length is reduced by folding, telescoping or some other means to less than 660 mm (26 inches);
-any firearm prescribed as restricted (including some long guns)Prohibited-Firearms: I will not list Prohibited Firearms as it includes Fully automatic weapons and heavy weapons, which normal individuals would never be given a license for unless you are a police officer, government official or RCMP.First Step to Obtaining a Possession and Acquisition Liscense (PAL):
Individuals wishing to obtain a (PAL) for non-restricted firearms, you will have to take a safety training course known as the CFSC (Canadian Firearms Safety Course).
Individuals wishing to obtain a (PAL) for restricted-firearms, you will have to take in addition to the CFSC training course, a safety training course known as CRFSC (Canadian Restricted Firearms Safety Course).
Print out the Possession and Acquisition License (PAL): (Here
) and send it to the appropriate address when complete with either $60 (if applying for a non-restricted firearms PAL) or $80 (If applying for a restricted-firearms PAL).You will also need
an Authorization to Transport (ATT) to transport restricted and prohibited firearms, just to be able to transport the damn weapon around legally.
The Form for aquiring an (ATT) can be found here
. Note that there is no fee required to obtain a (ATT).LIST OF RESTRICTED-CLASS FIREARMS:

After around a month or three, you should recieve your license and be ready to purchase your firearm.
Note: You need to gain a certificate of registration for each non-restricted firearm (Although soon to be changed) and restricted-firarm you possess. More help about registering each firearm can be found here
Note: non-restricted firearms and Restricted-firearms CAN BE IMPORTED INTO CANADA. I.E. You purchase a gun online from a shop in the states and it gets shipped to you.
Tip #2: Misc
This one is extremely obvious. You will want to start stocking up on a few years of food, which is easy to do. Canned foods, especially non-perishables are a great way to survive and stay healthy. A lot of food items have expiration dates well into 2-3 years from the present, so finding them shouldn't be a problem.
Stop eating the Mc.Donalds, stop buying pointless products that you'll forget about in a few days. Start to only buy what you need until you are confident and sure you have all your bases covered.
Make sure you only keep enough money in the bank to cover your expenses, all other available money should be immediately withdrawn as all the latest trends and experts agree banks will very possibly start to run soon.
If you don't know what Banks running means, it means you won't be able to get your money out of the bank eventually, because they have enough to give you.
I personally know people who've tried to take out $10,000 from their bank and the bank was giving him a hard time over it and just coming up with excuses the entire time. Get your money out while you can, and again only keep what you need to pay bills actually inside your bank account.
Don't go in debt. That means don't go out and get yourself $30,000 in the hole so you can study fine arts in college. Sorry, but you'll regret it later as with the coming depression, no jobs in the fine arts area will be available. You'll be working at mc.donalds (if you could even get in) with a college degree.
The worst thing you could ever do going into a depression is be in debt, as it will only increase your slavery level by over 9000.
Stay conservative and make sure the basics are covered. Even if your well off financially, do the same.Tip #3 Educate yourself
Instead of going to the hockey game, football game, or mindlessly staring into a television day after day, it might be a good idea to start to educate yourself on what is happening in your own country.
I know for a lot of people this is an extremely hard thing to do as your already addicted to sports or TV in general, but it could improve your life considerably in the long run.
Educate yourself on the current economic and political situation in your own country and find out why it is the way it is. And no, simply relying on Lord Obama to save us all will not work, as he works for the same entity that has enslaved your nation.
Take an active role in ensuring Freedom is preserved (by maybe looking into militia organizations in your state if your in the US) by educating yourself on what Freedom is, how it was achieved, and how it COULD be lost.That's all for now. I tried to provide the best knowledge off the top of my head. There are probably thousands of other things you could be doing too, but I don't have all the answers, and anyone who says they do is full of crap.
