Former Presidential candidate gives most dire warning yet about Obama's agenda.
"However, through Frank Marshall Davis, Obama had an admitted relationship with someone who was publicly identified as a member of the Communist Party USA (CPUSA). The record shows that Obama was in Hawaii from 1971-1979, where, at some point in time, he developed a close relationship, almost like a son, with Davis, listening to his "poetry" and getting advice on his career path. But Obama, in his book, Dreams From My Father, refers to him repeatedly as just "Frank."
The reason is apparent: Davis was a known communist who belonged to a party subservient to the Soviet Union. In fact, the 1951 report of the Commission on Subversive Activities to the Legislature of the Territory of Hawaii identified him as a CPUSA member. What's more, anti-communist congressional committees, including the House Un-American Activities Committee (HUAC), accused Davis of involvement in several communist-front organizations."www.aim.org/aim-column/obamas-communist-mentor/ Obama has also NOT provided his BIRTH CERTIFICATE.....the certificate you and DailyKos like throwing around is NOT a birth certificate...it is a CERTIFICATE OF LIVE BIRTH....different. If I were to get my passport and they asked for my Birth certificate, they would not accept a certificate of live birth. FACT. Now if I have to give my actual vault copy of MY BIRTH CERTIFICATE just to get a passport, I don't think people are asking to much for the vault copy of OBAMAS BIRTH CERTIFICATE to be president. This case is still pending because of Philip J. Berg. Philip J. Berg is neither a conservative, religious or even a Repbulican....so according to your logic you should listen to him.... Obamas own father was a committed communist....sweetness-light.com/archive/barack-obama-sr-a-committed-communistwww.politico.com/static/PPM41_eastafrica.html Obama is the kook. Obama is a liar. Obama is an imposter. Obama is a Communist/Fabian Socialist. What the fuck is a junior senator doing sitting on the Council Of Foreign Relations just before he becomes president? If you don't see that something stinks with Obama you are either a total moron who has no ability to deduce......or you are choosing to NOT look at the facts. I feel that it is the latter....
Barack Obama Jr. aka Barack H. Obama Jr. aka Barry Soetoro aka Barack Soetoro aka Barry Dunham aka Barry Obama aka Barack Hussein Obama
Barack Obama Jr.'s mother is Stanley Ann Dunham, aka Ann Dunham, aka Stanley Ann Obama aka Ann Obama, aka Stanley Ann Soetoro, aka Ann Soetoro.
Barack Obama Jr. was born to Barack Obama Sr., a citizen of Kenya and Stanley Ann Dunham, a citizen of the U.S.
Barack Obama Jr.'s mother, Ann Dunham, divorced Barack Obama Jr's father in or about 1963 when Barack Obama Jr was two years old.
Then Barack Obama Jr.'s mother, Ann Dunham, married Lolo Soetoro, a citizen of Indonesia. Lolo Soetoro legally acknowledged Barack H. Obama, Jr. et al. as his son and/or adopted him.
While Ann Dunham (Soetoro) aka Stanley Ann Soetoro was married to Lolo Soertoro, Barack Obama Jr. was enrolled in the public school in Indonesia as Barry Soetoro, an Indonesian citizen.
On August 20, 1980, Stanley Ann Soetoro, initiated divorce proceedings from Lolo Soetoro in Honolulu, HI. click here to view court docket
When asked, Barack H. Obama, Jr., et al claims he was born in Honolulu, Hawaii however, claims to have been born in two (2) separate hospitals. According to Barack H. Obama's Kenyan grandmother, Barack, Jr. was born in Mombosa, Kenya and she was present during his birth. The Kenyan Government, claim they have the birthing records of Barack H. Obama, Jr. and the birth delivery records of Ann Obama, from Barack H. Obama, Jr.'s birth in Mombosa, Kenya, however, they have sealed the birth records of Barack H. Obama, et al, birth in Mombosa, Kenya and labled them top secret as a result of the presidential election.
The questions are, "where was Barack Obama Jr. born"? Is Barack Obama, Jr. a/k/a Barry Soetoro still an Indonesian Citizen? What is Barack Obama, Jr. a/k/a Barry Soetoro's legal name?"www.obamacrimes.info/justthefacts.html
BOTH newspapers include birth announcements, and BOTH newspapers record the August 4th, 1961 birth of Barack Obama."
What following this introduction is the exact, same image that has been on their website since it was posted on June 12. HOWEVER, there's a new wrinkle here -- not about the birth certificate or his US citizenship, but about his Kenyan citizenship which Obama had previously denied ever having. The source of this new story is none other than FactCheck.org, the supposedly independent, nonpartisan political action group owned by the Annenberg Group, wholly owned and operated by loyal Obama supporters. It says the following:
“When Barack Obama Jr. was born on Aug. 4,1961, in Honolulu, Kenya was a British colony, still part of the United Kingdom’s dwindling empire. As a Kenyan native, Barack Obama Sr. was a British subject whose citizenship status was governed by The British Nationality Act of 1948. That same act governed the status of Obama Sr.‘s children.Since Sen. Obama has neither renounced his U.S. citizenship nor sworn an oath of allegiance to Kenya, his Kenyan citizenship automatically expired on Aug. 4,1982.”

Citizenship is complicated, period. Sometimes it's jus solis, sometimes it's jus sanguinis.
Or, in the case of Belgium (where I was born), it's both. I was born in Belgium to American citizens living in Belgium at the time. I have both a certificat de naissance from Belgium and a Certificate of Birth Abroad from the US State Department. Because of Belgium's labyrinthine citizenship requirements, I cannot (at least to my knowledge) claim dual citizenship, even though I was dropped in Belgium and lived there until I was about a year old. Whether he was born on American soil or not may not matter. What might matter is if his mother ever completely renounced her US citizenship. That's what we need to be looking for.
Dual nationality can occur as the result of a variety of circumstances. The automatic acquisition or retention of a foreign nationality, acquired, for example, by birth in a foreign country or through an alien parent, does not affect U.S. citizenship. It is prudent, however, to check with authorities of the other country to see if dual nationality is permissible under local law. Dual nationality can also occur when a person is naturalized in a foreign state without intending to relinquish U.S. nationality and is thereafter found not to have lost U.S. citizenship: the individual consequently may possess dual nationality. While recognizing the existence of dual nationality and permitting Americans to have other nationalities, the U.S. Government also recognizes the problems which it may cause. Claims of other countries upon dual-national U.S. citizens often place them in situations where their obligations to one country are in conflict with the laws of the other. In addition, their dual nationality may hamper efforts to provide U.S. diplomatic and consular protection to them when they are abroad. " I don't see anything about the US not acknowledging dual-citizenships.
The website further suggests that you can only really expatriate yourself by commiting any of the acts listed with knowledge that you are reliquishing your US citizenship in the process. I don't see anything that says a US citizen HAS to give up their citizenship if they reside in a foreign country, or marry a non-US citizen.
I'm either not finding the right passage, or Indonesia would have to be the country requiring her to relinquish her citizenship. If Indonesia made her, and she voluntarily gave it up, then she's not a US citizen. Now we could analyze all of this to the nth degree, if we'd like. What does it mean if Barack Obama was born to one US national, and not two? Does it matter that he's lived many years in the country? Can a parent expatriate her children if she adopts another nationality, or will they still have the choice, being born to a US citizen, when they come of age? Hello, quagmire!
It depends on exactly what is meant by "recognizing" dual citizenship. If the official meant to say that dual US/other citizenship violates US law, he was, simply put, wrong. If he meant that foreign citizenship makes no difference under US law if one is also a US citizen, he was right.
US citizenship law is primarily concerned with whether or not a given person holds US citizenship. If a person is a US citizen and is currently within the jurisdiction of the US, any other citizenship(s) he or she may hold are really not relevant in US law.
A "dual citizen" has no special status in the US by virtue of holding citizenship in some other country too. In particular, if you are a dual citizen and get into some kind of legal trouble while in the US, you should not expect the US to acknowledge any efforts by consular officials of your other country of citizenship to intervene in your behalf. This is under number 15.... "We will probably never really know whether an American citizen born outside the US can become President (or Vice-President) until a lawsuit involving such a candidate finds its way into the courts. This could happen, of course, if a foreign-born candidate were elected and the electoral college's choice were challenged in court; or, more likely, if such a candidate's right to federal campaign subsidies (matching funds) were questioned, or if a challenge were mounted against a foreign-born candidate's right to be included on a state ballot." www.richw.org/dualcit/faq.html#president This is EXACTLY why his eligibility should be brought to court. But Obama continues to fight it......he must think he would lose. @Liths "No, she would NOT HVE HAD to give up HER U.S. citizenship to MOVE TO INDONESIA. Lolo Soetoro, Obama's stepfather had an indonesian citizenship, not Ann Dunham." YES SHE WOULD HAVE LITHS! Especially at that time. For Ann Dunham to have resided in Indonesia, she would have had to renounce her U.S. citizenship for a naturalized Indonesian citizenship. This is from an ex-pat forum on Indonesia...
